This workshop will evaluate the most widely used smart home technologies and management software and dig into the features and benefits of each, including thermostats, remote access, hubs, CRM, etc. The workshop starts with a one-hour panel discussion with experienced operators sharing what they have learned about: •Tech that Increases rental value the most •Tech that provides enough efficiencies to justify the cost and effort •Tech that creates resident satisfaction The workshop then breaks into six 15-minute hands-on educational segments, giving you the opportunity to meet with more than 10 tech vendors to learn more about the potential of tech and to explore their products. You can choose between multiple presentations, allowing you to focus on what interests you the most.
